Cancellation policy
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy ensures clarity and fairness for all guests:
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 21–29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival will not be refunded.
- No-shows: Failure to arrive without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance that covers unforeseen circumstances.
